Signature Healthcare at Home is excited to begin offering Home Care in Bend, Oregon. All Signature Healthcare at Home Caregivers are individually trained by a Registered Nurse to meet your specific needs. Caregivers are available up to 24-hours a day.

We have infection control policies in place, and the health and safety of all our patients and caregivers is our top concern.

Serving the cities and surrounding areas of Bend, La Pine, and Redmond. We provide Home Care in Bend and the surrounding areas of Central Oregon by offering personal care services, comprehensive care, and companionship services.

November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month

During the month of November, the Home Care and Hospice community honors the millions of nurses, home care aides, therapists, and social workers who make a remarkable difference for the patients and families they serve. These courageous caregivers play a central role in our health care system and in homes across the nation. To recognize their efforts, we call upon all Americans to commemorate the power of caring, both at the home and in their local communities, and ask them to join with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) by celebrating November as Home Care and Hospice Month. Our hospice staff exemplify the meaning of compassion and am so thankful they are here.

In addition, Home Care Aide Week & National Nurse Practitioner Week took place the second full week of the month, November 8-14, 2020.

NPs assist in focusing on all aspects of health and wellness for patients. These professionals who assist in advising, managing, and treating health are critical resources during these trying COVID times. They assist us in managing patients wherever they are needed.

Home Care Aides are the lifeline to aging and ill seniors. We thank them for their care and dedication to our patients and families.

All our team members – from our field staff to our support team – play a vital role in helping our patients in healthy aging. This November, let us give thanks for all out teams and special shout out to our Hospice and Palliative teams, for the strong work being done to ensure dignity with death and compassion.

Welcome Becca to Signature Healthcare at Home - Utah

Signature Healthcare at Home proudly welcomes Becca, RN, Regional Director of Business Development for Utah, Washington, and Idaho.

Becca has a strong history in home health going back to 2000 as a field nurse. Throughout her career she has served as an account manager, sales manager, and regional director of intake and sales in home health settings.

In her new role at Signature Healthcare at Home, Becca will work closely with the Community Outreach Specialists to identify opportunities for specialty programs in their markets, develop strategic marketing initiatives and talking points, build and strengthen relationships with payors and other key partnerships, and strengthen collaboration with the Avamere Family of Companies.

“I am excited to be part of a progressive forward-thinking team that has such a strong commitment to quality,” Becca shared.

Becca has an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify problems and provide grounded solutions. She tries to accomplish at least one thing out of her comfort zone each day.

Welcome Jarin Lamph - Administrator

Good afternoon, It is with great pleasure that Signature Healthcare at Home formally welcomes Jarin Lamph, MBA to the role of Administrator for our Salt Lake City, UT Agency. Jarin comes to Signature from Symbii Home Health and Hospice in Utah County. He earned his Masters in Business Adminstration degree from Western Governors University with an emphasis in Healthcare Management and has worked in the Jordan Valley area since graduating from Brigham Young Unversity - Idaho with a Bachelor in Exercise Physiology.

Jarin spent the last 16 months working as Administrator for Ensign Healthcare and obtaining the highest census and physician referral rate in the past 7 years. Through his overall leadership, direction, growth and culture, Jarin was able to create a work environment that developed strong physician relationships and partnerships.

In his free time, Jarin can be found chasing down his two year old triplets and spending time with his amazing wife. He was born and raised in Utah minus the time he spent in Rexburg, Idaho for college. Jarin served his church mission for two years in Navajo Nation down by the four corners (Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico). He works hard and has been known to play hard too. Jarin has fractured a vertebrae, finger and foot, plus has had surgery on both knees and his hand. You could call him "half-human" at this point.
