Steps to follow for doing a referral:

Check the Job Board often to review the open positions list
Determine who you know that would be an ideal candidate for any of our open positions.
Complete and submit a Referral Bonus Form (below) to a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Director of Talent Acquisition
Sell what you know – Signature Healthcare at Home is the employer of choice in Home Health, Hospice, Home Care, and Palliative Care.

Remember, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, which means there is no limit to the number of referral awards you can receive.

*All bonuses are paid out after the referred clinician has worked six months. New hire Caregiver or Aide referred by a Signature employee must complete 90 hours of work within the first 90 days of employment.
