Employee Referral Program

Steps to follow for doing a referral:

  • Check the Job Board often to review the open positions list
  • Determine who you know that would be an ideal candidate for any of our open positions.
  • Complete and submit a Referral Bonus Form (below) to a Recruiter or Director of Recruiting.
  • Sell what you know – that Signature Services is the employer of choice in Home Health, Hospice and Home Care.

Remember, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, which means there is no limit to the number of referral awards you can receive.

Any Signature employee is eligible to participate, except the following employees:

  • Chief Operations Officer
  • Administrator
  • Director of Professional Services
  • Clinical Manager
  • Home Care Manager
  • President
  • Directors
  • Recruiters
